Ray Mallock built a successful career behind the wheel, climbing the single-seater ladder on his way to becoming a professional driver with the Aston Martin Group C sportscar programme. He later led Ecurie Ecosse's successful assault on the World Sportscar Championship's C2 division. Along the way, he set up his own motorsport business to take advantage of his combined engineering and driving skills, which initially supported the Aston Martin effort and evolved into today's RML Group.

RML's success is firmly based on its corporate values of teamwork, continuous improvement, customer focus, qualify with efficiency, integrity, and the will to win. 120 group employees work at RML?s 4200 sqm facility in Wellingborough, which houses 11 departments and three secure project areas.
